About the role

  • Strategic leadership and further development of CABkom’s services in alignment with CAB’s corporate objectives
  • Responsibility for the "Bayern barrierefrei" cooperation with the Bavarian State Government
  • Professional and personnel management of the team, including team development
  • Budget planning, financial controlling and efficient resource management to successfully steer all projects and services

Requirements

  • Degree in social work, special education or a comparable relevant qualification
  • Experience in a leadership role, preferably in the social or healthcare sector
  • Solid expertise and practical experience in accessible communication, counseling and facilitation
  • Person-centered attitude and active advocacy for inclusion
  • Knowledge of quality management, process management and digitalization
  • Strong communication and team skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a hybrid environment
