About the role
- Strategic leadership and further development of CABkom’s services in alignment with CAB’s corporate objectives
- Responsibility for the "Bayern barrierefrei" cooperation with the Bavarian State Government
- Professional and personnel management of the team, including team development
- Budget planning, financial controlling and efficient resource management to successfully steer all projects and services
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements as well as internal and external quality standards
- Representation and active networking with specialist agencies, associations, organizations and other relevant stakeholders
- Initiation, coordination and targeted marketing of innovative projects and new products
Requirements
- Degree in social work, special education or a comparable relevant qualification
- Experience in a leadership role, preferably in the social or healthcare sector
- Solid expertise and practical experience in accessible communication, counseling and facilitation
- Person-centered attitude and active advocacy for inclusion
- Knowledge of quality management, process management and digitalization
- Strong communication and team skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a hybrid environment
