About the role

  • Support employees on all HR-related matters and work constructively with employee representative bodies
  • Act as the interface between the HR department and payroll
  • Support HR administration and organization (recording and maintenance of master data, management and upkeep of digital personnel files, reporting, issuing certificates, and preparation of employment references)
  • General administrative tasks and support for the team
  • Support the implementation of HR projects and processes
  • Active participation in the development and digitalization of HR processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training or currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management
  • Work experience in HR desirable
  • Ideally, knowledge of AVR / TVöD pay agreements
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills and an independent, precise, and structured working style
  • Sense of responsibility, reliability, commitment, and ability to work in a team
