About the role
- Support employees on all HR-related matters and work constructively with employee representative bodies
- Act as the interface between the HR department and payroll
- Support HR administration and organization (recording and maintenance of master data, management and upkeep of digital personnel files, reporting, issuing certificates, and preparation of employment references)
- General administrative tasks and support for the team
- Support the implementation of HR projects and processes
- Active participation in the development and digitalization of HR processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably with a focus on Human Resource Management
- Work experience in HR desirable
- Ideally, knowledge of AVR / TVöD pay agreements
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication skills and an independent, precise, and structured working style
- Sense of responsibility, reliability, commitment, and ability to work in a team
