About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to informing, engaging and inspiring current and future employees of the CAA‑Québec team
- Develop and deploy communication strategies aligned with CAA‑Québec’s vision and business priorities
- Support the organization’s business units in defining their communication needs and issues
- Act as an advisor to managers and teams on projects, organizational changes, events and strategic initiatives
- Anticipate needs, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend the most appropriate communication approaches
- Coordinate and deliver multiple projects simultaneously by mobilizing relevant stakeholders
- Create and optimize content for the organization’s various communication channels (intranet, email newsletters, events, social media, etc.)
- Design and implement communication experiences that are coherent, accessible, human-centered and engaging
- Ensure communications strengthen employee engagement and contribute to the visibility of the employer brand
- Monitor trends and best practices in corporate communications to identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in corporate communications, including advisory experience with diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of business issues and the ability to translate them into value-added communication strategies and initiatives
- Excellent writing, plain-language and communication deployment skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files and projects efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Ability to engage stakeholders and exert influence with various partners
- Proficiency with internal communication tools, content-creation platforms and performance analysis tools (SharePoint, Canva, Google Analytics, Power BI or equivalent)
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in English is required for this position
