About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to technological solutions that have a tangible impact on thousands of members
Support the development and performance of our roadside assistance platforms
Work with various business units to optimize our platforms
Ensure performance and support the delivery of impeccable service to our members on the road
Clarify, structure, and validate business needs and requirements
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
Design efficient, scalable solutions in collaboration with the architecture team
Specify, configure, test, and deploy features
Coordinate integrations with third-party systems
Ensure that enhancements and new features go through all stages of the process
Collaborate with specialized teams to ensure system availability, integrity, security, and reliability
Analyze, test, and coordinate periodic updates to solutions
Diagnose and resolve issues related to system functionality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of IT experience or in a similar role.
Experience in operationalizing packaged software.
Experience working in an Agile development environment (an asset).
Knowledge of software development or application integration via APIs (an asset).
Strong team spirit, collaborative nature, and commitment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively prioritize issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Quick learner with a strong ability to master new concepts.
Works autonomously and manages multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in French and has functional English skills.
