About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to technological solutions that have a tangible impact on thousands of members
  • Support the development and performance of our roadside assistance platforms
  • Work with various business units to optimize our platforms
  • Ensure performance and support the delivery of impeccable service to our members on the road
  • Clarify, structure, and validate business needs and requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Design efficient, scalable solutions in collaboration with the architecture team
  • Specify, configure, test, and deploy features
  • Coordinate integrations with third-party systems
  • Ensure that enhancements and new features go through all stages of the process
  • Collaborate with specialized teams to ensure system availability, integrity, security, and reliability
  • Analyze, test, and coordinate periodic updates to solutions
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to system functionality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience or in a similar role.
  • Experience in operationalizing packaged software.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment (an asset).
  • Knowledge of software development or application integration via APIs (an asset).
  • Strong team spirit, collaborative nature, and commitment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively prioritize issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner with a strong ability to master new concepts.
  • Works autonomously and manages multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in French and has functional English skills.
