About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to the design, development and evolution of dashboards, analytical reports and high-value analyses.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency and integrity of data as well as the reliability of produced analyses.
  • Present and communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including management and executive teams.
  • Contribute to prioritizing business intelligence initiatives based on business value and delivery capacity.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of BI practices, standards and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization and innovation to increase analytical efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including BI, IT, marketing, finance and operations.
  • Serve as a subject-matter resource and contribute to knowledge sharing and skills development within the team and the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business Intelligence, analytics, statistics, business administration, computer science or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics or related domains, primarily in a senior/expert role.
  • Excellent command of visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong expertise in SQL and a solid understanding of data environments (data warehouses, data integration, data quality).
  • Asset: knowledge of Python, automation tools or cloud analytics platforms.
  • Ability to understand organizational issues, political acumen and capacity to adopt a strategic, big-picture perspective.
  • Strong synthesis skills, and planning and organizational abilities.
  • Client-oriented.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ethics.
