About the role
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the Laneshift Initiative workplan in Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, and the e-Dutra green corridor, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with partner organizations (Smart Freight Centre, Calstart, WRI, ICCT, WBCSD) to ensure aligned implementation and effective collaboration.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, risk registers, and budget tracking systems.
- Monitor and track project KPIs, preparing regular progress reports and presentations for internal teams, the project founder, and external stakeholders.
- Support business engagement efforts with fleet operators, logistics companies, vehicle manufacturers, charging infrastructure providers, and other private sector stakeholders.
- Coordinate with local governments in Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo to ensure alignment between project activities and city priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Public Policy or related field is highly desired.
- Extensive professional experience in project management and urban mobility, sustainable transportation, or related fields.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, partners, and deliverables.
- Experience managing consultancies and technical service providers, including scope definition, deliverable oversight, and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of urban mobility and zero emission vehicle sectors in Brazil and Latin America.
- Familiarity with freight transportation, logistics operations, and the commercial vehicle ecosystem.
- Understanding of sustainable transportation policy frameworks, financing mechanisms, and charging infrastructure deployment.
- Experience with project management methodologies, KPI tracking, and reporting systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to organize and synthesize complex data for various audiences.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills in intercultural and multidisciplinary settings.
- Proven experience in business engagement and public-private partnership facilitation.
