About the role
- Operational training manager: develop and operationalize the training concept for each relevant user group
- Ensure a solid knowledge base for users of the future IT platforms
- Coordinate train-the-trainer sessions (including delivering trainings where required)
- Coordinate content creation for the future Digital Adoption Platform (collaborating with external vendors, trainers and process owners)
- Create learning journeys in coordination with the business units and process owners
- Conduct necessary training needs analyses for various user groups
- Plan, organize and run a training roadshow
- Develop a communications concept and roadmap to support the transformation
- Implement target-group-specific communication content, formats and activities
- Mobilize the program team and engage all employees and leaders as ambassadors
- Select and use appropriate communication channels to increase acceptance and build trust
- Plan, organize and run project events
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a consultant and as a change, communications and training manager for digital transformation and IT implementation projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
- Solid knowledge of project organization and methodology
- Deep experience and understanding of the energy sector
- Experience developing tailored IT training concepts in conjunction with a Digital Adoption Platform or modern learning and performance platforms
- Strong experience creating digital learning journeys and using learning management systems
- Extensive experience as an IT trainer, including planning and implementing training strategies and train-the-trainer concepts to ensure sustainable knowledge transfer
- Creativity and initiative in spreading training and change content (e.g., digital platforms, intranet)
- Experience planning and executing project events at employee, management and executive levels
- Monitoring and evaluation of training measures using IT tools to ensure effectiveness
- Excellent communication skills and experience developing target-group-specific communications
- Proven ability to deliver results and a hands-on mentality
