About the role

  • Operational training manager: develop and operationalize the training concept for each relevant user group
  • Ensure a solid knowledge base for users of the future IT platforms
  • Coordinate train-the-trainer sessions (including delivering trainings where required)
  • Coordinate content creation for the future Digital Adoption Platform (collaborating with external vendors, trainers and process owners)
  • Create learning journeys in coordination with the business units and process owners
  • Conduct necessary training needs analyses for various user groups
  • Plan, organize and run a training roadshow
  • Develop a communications concept and roadmap to support the transformation
  • Implement target-group-specific communication content, formats and activities
  • Mobilize the program team and engage all employees and leaders as ambassadors
  • Select and use appropriate communication channels to increase acceptance and build trust
  • Plan, organize and run project events

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a consultant and as a change, communications and training manager for digital transformation and IT implementation projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
  • Solid knowledge of project organization and methodology
  • Deep experience and understanding of the energy sector
  • Experience developing tailored IT training concepts in conjunction with a Digital Adoption Platform or modern learning and performance platforms
  • Strong experience creating digital learning journeys and using learning management systems
  • Extensive experience as an IT trainer, including planning and implementing training strategies and train-the-trainer concepts to ensure sustainable knowledge transfer
  • Creativity and initiative in spreading training and change content (e.g., digital platforms, intranet)
  • Experience planning and executing project events at employee, management and executive levels
  • Monitoring and evaluation of training measures using IT tools to ensure effectiveness
  • Excellent communication skills and experience developing target-group-specific communications
  • Proven ability to deliver results and a hands-on mentality
