About the role
- Design and conceptualize system-supported processes in collaboration with process owners and product owners of the relevant systems
- Conduct interviews and independent research as part of process analysis
- Prepare and facilitate workshops for process analysis and process design
- Document business processes in the process map according to modeling conventions using prescribed tools and keep them continuously up to date
- Create process documentation in the form of BPMN 2.0 models and work instructions in Confluence
- Promote information flow and communication between project/program members and stakeholders
Requirements
- High resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
- Above-average competence in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
- Independent and results-oriented working style
- Loyalty and identification with the professional responsibilities
- Language: Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Extensive professional experience in process management
- Ideally: experience with the organization and processes of IT network communities
- Desirable: experience with regional energy utilities
