About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Initiate and drive complex commercial projects
- Help define go-to-market strategies for quantum computing technologies
- Work closely with research teams, customers, and external partners to translate technology into real-world applications
- Report directly to the Head of Sales
- Collaborate with Innovation, Partnerships, Product Management, Theory & Applications, and Software teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in project management or strategy consulting in the private sector. Experience in R&D or technical project management is a strong advantage.
- Experience working in deep tech, advanced hardware, or complex technical product companies (e.g., semiconductors, AI, HPC, photonics, etc.)
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Curious and passionate about cutting-edge technology, particularly quantum computing, as well as the diverse technologies used by potential clients.
- Thrive in a start-up environment characterized by fast growth and creativity.
- Education
- Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (PhD/MBA) is a plus.
- Skills and experience
- Experience writing technical proposals, project plans, briefings, and presentations.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Linear.
- Experience engaging with external customers.
- Proven ability to collaborate across diverse engineering teams.
- Ability to explain and present complex concepts creatively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-evolving environment.
