About the role
- Assists ConvergeOne in instilling quality and learning best practices across our field team, consisting of Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and post-sales teams.
- Works with C1’s Global Sales Organization to create and deliver tools, processes, and training that elevate the quality of the sales teams.
- Conducts end-to-end training needs to increase sales effectiveness and ultimately drive more revenue.
- Communicates effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams to find gaps in resources and training
- Assists in the production of sales assets and materials to facilitate the sales process
- Trains on sales methodology and other selling skills necessary to support sales team development
- Supports and informs the salesperson onboarding process and adjusts training as the company and product mature
- Assesses and implement sales tools to facilitate the sales process
- Develops and manages performance tools, processes, and programs
- Translates company goals to individual goals and aligns efforts and outcomes
- Determines appropriate feedback systems for performance planning
- Designs and evaluate performance appraisal and tracking systems
- Assists with the development of performance improvement plans, coaching agendas, training materials, and progress-tracking methods
- Works with enablement team to assess and develop appropriate key performance indicators and performance goals for specific positions and departments
- Manages logistics for onboarding and training programs
- Owns weekly sales communique to include working with extended teams for timely content
Requirements
- Experience managing and designing sales tools and enablement platforms (SharePoint, Enablement Platforms such as Brainshark, Highspot, ZoomInfo etc…)
- Analyzes Enablement tools and program metrics. Builds leadership dashboards and communicates appropriately to the leadership team.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of training techniques and best practices for onboarding or adopting new technologies
- Experience effectively tracking performance and metrics across an organization
- Project Management skills are a plus
- 5+ years’ experience managing field transformation, corporate alignment, system and/or process integration initiatives
- Sales experience is a plus
- A passion for continuous learning and development

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or Education or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience preferred
