About the role
- Functional analysis: Identification and definition of business requirements with stakeholders. Translation of functional needs into technical specifications. Documentation of processes, data flows and business rules. Participation in the continuous improvement of analytical solutions.
- Physical data modeling (BigQuery, SQL…): Design and construction of data models optimized for analytics. Creation and maintenance of tables, views and partitions in cloud environments (BigQuery). Development of efficient SQL queries and performance optimization. Management of large volumes of data, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Development in MicroStrategy: Design and construction of interactive reports and dashboards. Implementation of metrics, attributes and custom filters. Adaptation of visualizations to business needs.
- Semantic layer: Definition of semantic models aligned with the business. Creation of reusable objects (metrics, dimensions, hierarchies). Ensuring data consistency and governance.
- Dossier development: Creation of advanced dashboards in MicroStrategy Dossier. Designing intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. Integration of multiple data sources into a single analytical view.
- Administration and automation: Management of MicroStrategy environments (users, permissions, security). Automation of processes and data loads. Monitoring and optimization of platform performance. Technical support and incident resolution.
Requirements
- Experience in:
- 🔍 Functional analysis: Requirements gathering, functional definition and documentation of processes and business rules.
- 🧱 Data modeling (BigQuery, SQL): Design of physical models, development and optimization of SQL queries over large volumes of data.
- 📊 MicroStrategy: Development of reports and dashboards, creation of metrics and adaptation to business needs.
- 🧠 Semantic layer: Definition of data models, metrics and dimensions ensuring consistency and reusability.
- 📁 Dossiers: Creation of interactive, user-oriented and visual dashboards.
- ⚙️ Administration and automation: Platform management, process automation and technical support.
- Project and team management: Experience coordinating end-to-end data or BI projects. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Planning, delivery tracking and prioritization. Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Qlik (Qlik Sense / QlikView): Experience developing interactive dashboards and reports. Data modeling and creating load scripts. Performance optimization and visualization best practices.
- Knowledge of Qlik architecture and deployment environments.
- Retail sector: Previous experience in retail companies is a plus.
