About the role

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and understand hiring requirements.

  • Executive Search & Headhunting: Proactively identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates through targeted search strategies and direct approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in the dynamic technology sector.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and an understanding of the current tech trends and skills in demand.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
