About the role

  • Consultative account management, project follow-up, demand management, and end-to-end support through to invoicing.
  • Identifying opportunities, market mapping, lead generation, and portfolio expansion.
  • Preparing and negotiating proposals, supporting pricing, and contract analysis.
  • Leading kickoff meetings, interfacing with internal departments (HR, Quality, IT, Finance, Back Office), and monitoring SLAs.
  • Cost control, profitability management, and tracking commercial performance indicators.
  • Developing processes aligned with ISO 9001 and contributing to system improvements (TOTVS and Pipefy).
  • Supporting initiatives to strengthen the brand and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields).
  • Proven experience in commercial management, B2B prospecting, and project execution.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (TOTVS, P21) and management tools (Pipefy).
  • Intermediate English.
  • Commercially minded, communicative, strategic, and results-oriented profile.
  • Experience with HR consultancy operations, employment agencies, or specialized services (preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service / Customer Experience (CX).
  • Ability to coordinate and integrate across multiple departments.
  • Experience developing commercial KPIs.
