About the role

  • Define and execute the global strategy for C-MORE’s Supply Chain & SRM vertical.
  • Hold full accountability for global revenue performance, including new business acquisition and expansion within existing client accounts.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of solution development, including opportunity identification, solution design, pilot launch, and global rollout.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of Supply Chain and SRM solutions across all regions.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global team across sales, delivery, and solution leadership.
  • Ensure all activities comply with C-MORE’s Code of Conduct and risk policies.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in supply chain, SRM, sustainability, risk, or related professional services.
  • Proven P&L ownership with responsibility for revenue growth and profitability.
  • Demonstrated success in: Building and scaling global solutions, Leading complex sales cycles, Managing enterprise or multinational clients.
  • Deep understanding of supplier risk, due diligence, compliance, sustainability, and supply chain resilience, particularly in the context of investors, corporates, and regulated environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
