About the role
- Define and execute the global strategy for C-MORE’s Supply Chain & SRM vertical.
- Hold full accountability for global revenue performance, including new business acquisition and expansion within existing client accounts.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of solution development, including opportunity identification, solution design, pilot launch, and global rollout.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of Supply Chain and SRM solutions across all regions.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global team across sales, delivery, and solution leadership.
- Ensure all activities comply with C-MORE’s Code of Conduct and risk policies.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in supply chain, SRM, sustainability, risk, or related professional services.
- Proven P&L ownership with responsibility for revenue growth and profitability.
- Demonstrated success in: Building and scaling global solutions, Leading complex sales cycles, Managing enterprise or multinational clients.
- Deep understanding of supplier risk, due diligence, compliance, sustainability, and supply chain resilience, particularly in the context of investors, corporates, and regulated environments.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
