About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As part of a DevSecOps team, work closely with development and operations staff to implement and support a delivery pipeline that allows for continuous, automated integration, deployment and testing
Develop improvements to security, availability, scalability, and performance of the environment
Support DevSecOps techniques such as continuous improvement, release planning, continuous integration, continuous delivery, continuous testing, and continuous monitoring and feedback
Support production deployments and issue resolution (during on and off hours on a rotating basis with other engineers)

Requirements

What you’ll need

U.S. Citizenship is required
Candidate must have an active DHS clearance
Bachelor’s degree combined with at least 3 years of technical infrastructure experience
Experience developing and maintaining a continuous integration pipeline using tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo
Experience scripting and programming for infrastructure automation (e.g. Shell, Python, Bash, etc.)
Experience with monitoring a production environment with tools like AppDynamics and Splunk
Experience with tools such as Git, Maven, Nexus, BitBucket, Stash, Gradle
Ability to research problems, identify a root cause, and recommend and implement a solution
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to collaborate with team members to ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded
