About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Determine the root cause of aging invoices using problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Use systems functionality and established processes to resolve aging invoices
- Work within established procedures and adhere to quality guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership
- Contribute ideas for process improvement
- Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Maintain open communication and build rapport through timely, professional service
- Continue developing collections-process skills and knowledge
- Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team or country-specific requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable, or related finance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Effective and flexible communication skills preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills preferred
- Critical-thinking skills and ability to use judgment and make sound decisions preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional, deadline-driven environment preferred
- Value a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
