About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate and understand current & nascent modelling methods in the Data Science space
Maintain, expand, and ensure the data quality of natural language
Train and evaluate Large Language Models on a variety of topics
Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver new Natural Language Processing & Artificial Intelligence products
Develop new features for existing algorithms through statistical and machine learning methodologies
Validate and implement modeling improvements to increase accuracy of data science Algorithms
Embrace an R&D mindset through Rapid Prototyping & Iterative Experimentation
Work closely with Tech delivery teams to productionize successful models in an on-demand environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in advanced analytics, machine learning and/or data science or one year of professional experience with an advanced degree (Masters or PhD)
Experience with Statistical Algorithms, especially Boosting, Classification, and Regression
Familiarity with transfer learning & large language models
Experience transforming datasets to improve model performance
Experience with experimental analysis
Experience training neural networks, especially as it relates to transfer learning
Experience in programming: Python or R
Familiarity with data fundamentals including SQL
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
