Key responsibilities & impact

Provide guidance, development, training, resources, and technical expertise that supports all safety programs/projects for the C.H. Robinson Energy Vertical
Serve as the network developer of safety programs and policies
Drive safety projects
Engage all leadership with C.H. Robinson’s safety vision and ensure we are the leaders in safety development
Partner with all departmental teams and execute company EHS policies, programs, projects, and ensure compliance to all applicable local, regional, and federal regulations

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
Minimum 6 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety
Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 8 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety in manufacturing, warehousing, etc.
Effective and flexible communication skills – interfacing with all departmental leaders
Excellent administrative/project skills – presentations, trend graphing, developing EHS programs/policies/projects from conception to completion/result
Strong problem-solving skills
Have a positive attitude and solution seeker for all opportunities
Demonstrated experience of successfully building and managing programs/projects
Project management or equivalent professional certification
Possess safety certifications (ASP, CSP, etc.)
Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
