About the role

  • Create, maintain, and distribute insights derived from key performance measures
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and design solutions for key customers
  • Educate internal and external stakeholders on trends and results, translating data into actionable insights that support informed decision‑making and positive change
  • Regular interaction with external stakeholders through business reviews, sales calls, and consultations
  • Adapt and enhance reporting, analytics, and data applications based on stakeholder feedback
  • Maintain a standardized library of reporting and analysis to support current and future business needs
  • Use agile ways of working and work management tools to deliver high‑quality analytical outputs
  • Analyze medium‑scale internal and external data sets to address complex business questions and improve decision‑making
  • Collaborate with leadership, analytics teams, and cross‑functional partners to develop robust performance, optimization, and predictive analytics
  • Partner with internal departments to understand business drivers and the impact of change across the organization
  • Support the development of innovative, data‑driven solutions that improve supply chain services for customers across Europe
  • Create and maintain project documentation, communicate progress, and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes

Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role
  • Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with proven intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Experience using data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau, as well as SQL for data querying
  • Basic to intermediate coding experience (e.g. scripting or data manipulation)
  • Prior experience or strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
  • Ability to influence change and work effectively within a large, geographically dispersed organization
  • Collaborative working style with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in data and financial analysis within a sales, commercial, or operations environment
  • Working knowledge of Python, R, or similar analytical tools
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
