About the role
- Create, maintain, and distribute insights derived from key performance measures
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and design solutions for key customers
- Educate internal and external stakeholders on trends and results, translating data into actionable insights that support informed decision‑making and positive change
- Regular interaction with external stakeholders through business reviews, sales calls, and consultations
- Adapt and enhance reporting, analytics, and data applications based on stakeholder feedback
- Maintain a standardized library of reporting and analysis to support current and future business needs
- Use agile ways of working and work management tools to deliver high‑quality analytical outputs
- Analyze medium‑scale internal and external data sets to address complex business questions and improve decision‑making
- Collaborate with leadership, analytics teams, and cross‑functional partners to develop robust performance, optimization, and predictive analytics
- Partner with internal departments to understand business drivers and the impact of change across the organization
- Support the development of innovative, data‑driven solutions that improve supply chain services for customers across Europe
- Create and maintain project documentation, communicate progress, and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role
- Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with proven intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Experience using data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau, as well as SQL for data querying
- Basic to intermediate coding experience (e.g. scripting or data manipulation)
- Prior experience or strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
- Ability to influence change and work effectively within a large, geographically dispersed organization
- Collaborative working style with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in data and financial analysis within a sales, commercial, or operations environment
- Working knowledge of Python, R, or similar analytical tools
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
