About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enhance and expand resilience and emergency management in line with DORA
Analyze business-critical processes and develop risk mitigation measures
Plan, coordinate, and document emergency drills and recovery tests
Deliver awareness campaigns and training sessions
Advise business units on business continuity and crisis management
Work closely with IT Service Continuity Management, Risk Management, and external partners
Coordinate the crisis management team in an emergency
Ensure smooth communication and decision-making during crises
Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors/regulators

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in business continuity management, especially in the banking sector
Experience in process analysis and in developing policies, procedures, and manuals
Strong teamwork and communication skills and a confident professional presence
Excellent German language skills
Good English language skills
