Business Continuity and Crisis Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Further develop and expand resilience and emergency management in line with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)
- Analyze business-critical processes and develop measures to minimize risks
- Plan, coordinate, and document emergency exercises and recovery tests
- Conduct awareness and training initiatives and advise business units on business continuity and crisis management
- Work closely with IT Service Continuity Management, Risk Management, and external partners
- In case of an incident: coordinate the crisis team and ensure smooth communication and decision-making
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors and supervisory authorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in business continuity management (particularly in the banking environment)
- Experience in process analysis and in drafting policies, procedures, and manuals
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, and a confident presence
- Very good German and good English language skills
