About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work proactively to help the CEO operate at optimal capacity. As primary support to our CEO, you'll manage complex calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, coordinate travel, and clear administrative noise, while also extending support to other executives as capacity allows.
  • Provide excellent remote-first executive support. Most of your work will be done virtually, so you'll need to be proactive, responsive, and thoughtful in how you support leaders from afar. You'll know when to move quickly, when to ask the right questions, and when to make a judgment call.
  • Support high-stakes leadership moments. You’ll help coordinate and prepare for Board meetings, executive offsites, and other key gatherings where details matter and the experience needs to feel seamless.
  • Partner across teams. You'll work closely with the CEO and other members of the Executive and Senior Leadership Team, as well as cross-functional stakeholders and board members, to ensure clear communication and well-organized logistics.
  • Create systems that help the team scale. You’ll look for ways to make recurring processes smoother, from travel planning and meeting prep to Board materials and executive coordination.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive senior EA experience to a CEO: You have 3–5 years of experience serving as a senior Executive Assistant to a CEO or business unit leader.
  • Strong Executive communication: You are a specialist in executive-level written and verbal communication, precise, polished, and able to adjust tone across different leaders and audiences.
  • Prioritization and organizational efficiency: You excel at finding the signal through the noise, quickly assessing what's urgent, what can wait, and what needs escalation.
  • Calendar and travel expertise: You are highly skilled at managing complex calendars for multiple leaders, across time zones, and amid competing priorities. You can quickly assess tradeoffs and make thoughtful recommendations when schedules collide.
  • Remote environment: You know how to provide high-quality executive support in a virtual environment, be highly available and responsive during working hours, and know when to move quickly.
  • Trust and discretion: Discretion and confidentiality are non-negotiable. Leaders can count on you to operate with professionalism and good judgment in both remote and in-person settings.
  • Travel flexibility: You are willing and able to travel up to 20% for executive offsites, leadership gatherings, or other important in-person moments.
