About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Senior Analyst, BI Tools will lead the development, standardization, and scaling of dashboarding and reporting solutions across the organization.
- Responsible for building enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, creating scalable data models, and enabling self-service analytics across stakeholders.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards used across internal teams and client engagements.
- Develop and manage robust data models that integrate multiple data sources (POS, syndicated, retail media, internal systems).
- Build automated reporting pipelines that reduce manual work and improve speed to insight.
- Partner with Insights, Sales, and Media teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 – 7+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data visualization roles (CPG, retail, or ecommerce preferred)
- Advanced Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, performance optimization)
- Strong experience with cloud-based data platform, Snowflake
- Strong experience in integrating and managing multiple data sources
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Pivot, complex formulas, large dataset manipulation)
- Experience building automated reporting systems used by multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics or related is required
