About the role

  • The Regional Hy-Vee Team In-Store Manager serves as a strategic leader for the Hy-Vee Retail Team, responsible for driving excellence in retail execution and team performance.
  • Onboarding, training, and managing Hy-Vee Retail Representatives.
  • Ensuring alignment with retail standards and software usage.
  • Conducting monthly regional meetings to communicate expectations, review results, and align priorities.
  • Fostering a collaborative and team-oriented culture.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date store listings and assignments.
  • Driving adoption and effective use of retail software tools.

Requirements

  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Software programs relating to the department
  • Utilizes a high level of customer service
  • Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and adjust priorities accordingly
  • Excellent organizational skills to organize workload, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with team and cross-functional business partners
  • Dresses in a professional manner
  • Acknowledges and adheres to all Policies
  • Able to bend, lift and move 50lbs
