About the role
- The Regional Hy-Vee Team In-Store Manager serves as a strategic leader for the Hy-Vee Retail Team, responsible for driving excellence in retail execution and team performance.
- Onboarding, training, and managing Hy-Vee Retail Representatives.
- Ensuring alignment with retail standards and software usage.
- Conducting monthly regional meetings to communicate expectations, review results, and align priorities.
- Fostering a collaborative and team-oriented culture.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date store listings and assignments.
- Driving adoption and effective use of retail software tools.
Requirements
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Software programs relating to the department
- Utilizes a high level of customer service
- Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and adjust priorities accordingly
- Excellent organizational skills to organize workload, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with team and cross-functional business partners
- Dresses in a professional manner
- Acknowledges and adheres to all Policies
- Able to bend, lift and move 50lbs
