Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), focusing on improving ROAS and reducing CPA
• Build and iterate on Web2App funnels to convert web traffic into mobile app installs
• Develop and test new acquisition funnels (e.g., skincare vertical) to expand our user base
• Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable optimizations
• Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with the product team
• Monitor and report on key growth KPIs (installs, retention, ROAS, CAC)
• Stay up to date on platform changes, best practices, and emerging paid acquisition channels
