Accounting Manager

• Maintain the accounting system and provide financial and administrative support for the webshop
• Responsible for reconciling clearing accounts and resolving outstanding discrepancies
• Assist with payroll preparation
• Manage transaction postings and ensure timely payment of salaries
• Prepare monthly reports for the organic store "Feinsinn"
• Perform monthly sales analyses and prepare weekly closings
• Support the preparation of annual and monthly financial statements and the annual budget, including liquidity planning
• Handle payment transactions and execute direct debit collections
• Assist with recording business transactions in daily operations
