About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Streamline and accelerate the onboarding journey for mid-market customers across EMEA
  • Lead the onboarding project lifecycle for assigned accounts
  • Advise customers on asset bank taxonomy, metadata structures, and custom workflows
  • Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate workflows and analyze customer insights
  • Drive positive time-to-value to impact regional Net Retention targets
  • Serve as the customer’s voice to the Product Team regarding enhancement requests
  • Maintain meticulous project hygiene by accurately tracking time allocation and project risks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant experience in project management, SaaS technical implementation, implementation consultancy, or digital asset management—ideally within digital industries
  • Proven track record managing standard SaaS implementations
  • Strong affinity for technology, including a massive plus for experience with APIs, integrations, or video editing software
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in German or French is a major advantage
  • Willingness to travel as needed, including working from our Amsterdam office at least two times a week
  • Advanced critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Action-oriented, proactive mindset where juggling multiple concurrent customer projects is second nature
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
