About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the vision and roadmap for Bynder's Automation & Approval Workflows domain, ensuring it reflects genuine user needs and clear business value
Lead qualitative and quantitative research, through interviews, observation, and data to uncover the real problems users face in their review and approval processes
Partner closely with engineering, UX design, QA, and other product teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality workflow experiences
Serve as a clear and compelling voice for the product aligning internal teams, executive stakeholders, and customer-facing teams around priorities and decisions
Proactively engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to continuously validate decisions, gather feedback, and respond to evolving market needs
Define success metrics for workflow features and track adoption, engagement, and satisfaction to ensure we are delivering real value

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a product management role, ideally working on B2B SaaS products or workflow/collaboration tools
A proven track record of deeply understanding user needs through structured discovery turning messy, complex problems into clear, prioritized opportunities
Outstanding ability to communicate, written and verbal, with clarity and conviction across audiences from engineers to C-suite stakeholders
Demonstrated skill in influencing without direct authority, building consensus, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams
Ability to break down ambiguous problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and make sound decisions with incomplete information
Comfort with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience managing iterative product development cycles
A self-starter who is passionate about understanding how people work, staying on top of industry trends, and pushing the boundaries of what great workflow UX looks like
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience
