About the role
- Serving as the dedicated financial business partner to key departments (e.g. G&A, R&D, Sales, Marketing), providing monthly variance analysis and headcount reconciliation, translating complex data into clear, actionable reports
- Streamlining the support provided to Accounting, focusing on complex accruals and ensuring financial data integrity is maintained for accurate variance analysis
- Maintaining dashboards, trackers, and spreadsheet models currently in use by both finance and cross-functional teams, leveraging your technical skills (Excel, SQL, or Python) to automate these workflows
- Support the bi-annual budget process, ensuring all inputs are validated and assumptions are backed by data-driven rigor
- Own the calculation and visualization of core SaaS metrics (Rule of 40, Magic Number, CAC payback period, and LTV:CAC). You will ensure these metrics are accurate and provide the "source of truth" for the business.
Requirements
- Relevant university degree in finance-related or business-related major
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a highly analytical role within a fast-paced environment (SaaS experience is a major plus)
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and complex financial modeling, including scenario analysis
- Fluency in English, both verbally and written
- Ability to take ownership and complete tasks both independently and in a team
- Concise communication - ability to provide the "bottom line" first and then support it with the necessary context.
