About the role

  • Own the field marketing strategy for Australia, with responsibility for driving pipeline, MQLs, and new business growth
  • Support and scale field marketing programs across priority APAC markets, adapting approach based on market maturity
  • Plan and execute a mix of digital and in-person programs, including events, executive roundtables, webinars, email campaigns, and content-led demand programs
  • Localise and activate global campaigns to ensure they resonate with regional audiences, industries, and buyer needs
  • Work closely with Sales leadership and account teams to align marketing activity with territory plans, target accounts, and revenue goals
  • Build and execute co-marketing programs with regional partners, creating joint campaigns and outbound plays that accelerate pipeline
  • Act as the regional marketing partner to Sales, ensuring teams are equipped with the right messaging, content, and insights to convert demand into opportunity
  • Track performance across all programs, reporting on pipeline contribution, ROI, and impact, and continuously optimise based on results
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, and Marketing Operations to deliver a cohesive go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in field marketing or demand generation, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • A strong track record of building pipeline and driving revenue through integrated marketing programs
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams, with a clear understanding of MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline creation, and territory planning
  • Comfort operating across multiple markets, balancing deep focus on Australia with a broader APAC mindset
  • A data-driven, commercially minded approach, paired with strong execution and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with partner marketing is a strong advantage
