About the role
- Serve as the trusted advisor to Bynder customers, providing direction, thought leadership, and best-practice guidance
- Drive value and measurable business outcomes aligned to corporate strategic objectives
- Increase adoption and consumption of Bynder's Solutions and integrations
- Execute against the strategic success plan
- Manage and own the renewal cycle end-to-end
- Collaborate on account strategy for retention and growth
- Develop strong account knowledge through diligent profiling and discovery
- Map and engage key stakeholders across the customer’s organization
- Keep customers informed on Bynder's latest innovations
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the Product team
- Accountable for driving industry-leading gross retention, net retention, and expansion
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a sales-related field
- 1+ years experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within the DAM or Martech industry
- Business acumen and commercial skills
- Proven experience managing a book of business at scale
- Strong customer storytelling
- Experience managing the end-to-end renewal cycle
- Proven ability to build and manage an expansion pipeline
- Experience engaging with system integrators and tech partners
- Excellent communication, professionally assertive, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven
- Proficiency with AI tools and understanding of AI's impact on marketing industry
