Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a software development environment
  • 2+ years of experience mentoring a team of 4-5 engineers
  • BS or higher in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience building microservices using containers, Scala, and Reactive frameworks
  • Experience working with server-side applications
  • Strong coding skills with a focus on maintainability and scalability
  • Experience developing and deploying applications on AWS or other cloud platforms
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and standards
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile development environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams including Support and QA.
