Maintain a comprehensive therapy plan for each client
Provide individual therapy to clients focusing on a variety of areas including speech, language, feeding (in IL market only), AAC, and social skills
Participate in collaboration with BCBAs, OTs, outside providers, and families to provide a consistent continuum of care for clients
Document responsibilities including pre-authorizations, initial evaluations, re-evaluations, insurance reports, progress reports, and SOAP notes
Represent BY YOUR SIDE to local, state, and national organizations in a positive manner when attending professional seminars
Travel, as necessary, to other centers to participate in required trainings such as CPR, Safety Care Training, and professional development

Requirements

High interest in working with children on autism spectrum
Flexibility and dependability with schedule
Familiarity relevant assessment tools and procedures
Ability to maintain quality, safety and infection control standards.
Knowledge of sensory and behavioral strategies.
Proficiency in use of basic technology systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Teams.
Must have Permanent licensure provided by state organization.
Temporary license must be obtained prior to starting Clinical Fellowship year, if applicable.
