About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide specialized consulting and resolve client inquiries via digital channels and telephone;
Prepare quotes and sell tourism services (packages and forfaits (prepaid arrangements)) to clients through the Sales Portal;
Meet targets established by the Executive Board;
Analyze, synthesize and report trends or issues for destinations within your knowledge area;
Participate in training sessions;
Request block bookings and reservations of tour packages from suppliers;
Assist, inform and clarify any operational team questions regarding bookings made;
Act as an agent of change and continuous improvement within your area, always aligned with the company’s strategic planning, optimizing internal processes;
Deliver on client expectations by addressing requests submitted by clients, and evaluate recurring situations so they can be resolved via the Sales Portal.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality.
Experience in the tourism industry.
Intermediate English.
Intermediate Spanish.
