About the role

  • Provide pre- and post-sales support, assisting the sales team;
  • Serve as the point of contact for resolving issues with the end customer and suppliers, at destination and during onboarding;
  • Place concierge requests when requested by the sales team;
  • Manage bookings and discrepancies on the company portal;
  • Report discrepancies and resolutions to management;
  • Participate in trainings and workshops to improve knowledge of tourist destinations and customer service;
  • Stay updated on trends and developments in the tourism market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Tourism, Public Relations, or Business Administration
  • Experience in sales support or post-sales support
  • Knowledge of tourism products and services
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate level of English.
