About the role
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, assisting the sales team;
- Serve as the point of contact for resolving issues with the end customer and suppliers, at destination and during onboarding;
- Place concierge requests when requested by the sales team;
- Manage bookings and discrepancies on the company portal;
- Report discrepancies and resolutions to management;
- Participate in trainings and workshops to improve knowledge of tourist destinations and customer service;
- Stay updated on trends and developments in the tourism market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Tourism, Public Relations, or Business Administration
- Experience in sales support or post-sales support
- Knowledge of tourism products and services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Intermediate level of English.
