About the role
- Assist international clients;
- Provide operational support to international clients;
- Liaise with the Registration and Finance departments to onboard new clients;
- Execute, in partnership with Management, the process for approving new clients (commercial, contract, registration, and approval);
- Register clients in the Cangooroo and Infotravel systems;
- Manage reservations in the Cangooroo and Infotravel systems;
- Negotiate with and maintain relationships with suppliers to support clients;
- Develop promotional campaigns for international clients together with Management;
- Participate in trade shows and events;
- Monitor clients (sales, reservations, inquiries) through systems;
- Maintain commercial relationships with current, new, and prospective clients;
- Collaborate with Management to create departmental processes;
- Collaborate with Management to create sales campaigns for domestic (Brazil) and international products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields;
- Previous experience in incoming tourism operations, preferably with international clients;
- Experience with reservation and client management systems (preferably Cangooroo and Infotravel);
- Previous experience negotiating with suppliers and creating promotional campaigns;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Intermediate English;
- Knowledge of English and Spanish is a plus.
