About the role
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, assisting the sales team
- Perform reconfirmation of reservations with airlines
- Act as the point of contact for resolving incidents with end customers and suppliers
- Monitor and manage reservations and discrepancies on the company portal
- Report inconsistencies and resolutions to management
- Participate in trainings and workshops to improve knowledge of travel destinations and customer service
- Stay up to date with trends and developments in the travel market
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or Business Administration
- Experience with ticketing, reservations and confirmations with airlines
- Experience with airline systems such as Gol, e-Latam, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- **Preferred:**
- Intermediate level of English
