About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Installation and configuration of new CarLiner deployments
- Conducting customer workshops and webinars
- Responsibility for planning and organizing projects
- Support for new and existing users
- Delivering product and company presentations to customers and prospects as a Presales Consultant
- Onboarding and sales of new CarLiner modules (upselling)
- Gathering customer requirements and coordinating with the CarLiner product management team
- Technical collaboration for the further development of the CarLiner software solution
- Preparation of project and customer documentation
- Participation in dealer association meetings and trade shows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial vocational training, a degree, or equivalent qualification through professional experience (career changers welcome)
- Experience in car dealerships is advantageous
- Initial work experience as a project manager in the automotive industry is desirable
- Motivated, team-oriented and committed
- Organized, structured and reliable
- Good understanding of technical systems and software development processes
- Friendly, confident manner with customers
- Fluent German, both written and spoken
- English skills are an advantage
- Proficient with standard Office applications (Microsoft Office)
