About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set up new CarLiner installations
Lead workshops and webinars for our customers
Project responsibility, planning and organization
Point of contact for new and existing users
Product and company presentations for customers and prospects (Presales Consultant)
Introduction and sales of new CarLiner modules (upselling)
Capture customer requirements and coordinate them with the CarLiner product management team
Professional exchange to further develop the CarLiner software solution
Project and customer documentation
Attend dealer association meetings and trade shows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commercial vocational training, degree, or equivalent qualification through professional experience (career changers) — experience in car dealerships is advantageous
Initial work experience as a project manager in the automotive industry is desirable
Motivated, team-oriented and committed
Organized, structured and reliable
Good understanding of technical systems and software development processes
Friendly, confident manner with customers
Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage
Proficient with standard office applications (Microsoft Office)
