About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Technical implementation of responsive websites in Webflow, aligned with modern UX/UI standards
Integration of custom code, APIs, iFrames and other technical components as needed
End-to-end responsibility for the technical implementation including feasibility assessments, quality assurance and scheduling
Collaboration with design and project management teams using Figma and monday.com
Implementation of GDPR-compliant and accessible web solutions (including cookie management)
Optional: building websites in WordPress (not mandatory but a plus)
Supporting technical client consultations throughout the project

Requirements

What you’ll need

Residence in Germany and willingness to be regularly present in the Düsseldorf office (hybrid working possible)
Strong expertise in Webflow, especially CMS, animations, interactions and custom code
Confident proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for advanced requirements
Experience working with Figma files and translating them into clean Webflow implementations
Solid technical understanding, structured approach to work and an eye for visual detail
Knowledge of data protection (GDPR), accessibility and performance optimization
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently, high motivation and strong communication skills
Interest in personal development and, in the medium term, taking on leadership responsibilities
