Solid Experience: Proven track record in the commercial area of BPO companies, HR software (SaaS) vendors or HR consultancies.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of labor legislation, eSocial and payroll processing dynamics.
Hunter Profile: Results-oriented, resilient, highly self-managed and passionate about opening new business opportunities.
Network: Having an existing active professional network will be considered an important differentiator.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Marketing or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to deliver high-impact presentations to executives.
Analytical thinking to interpret financial and operational metrics.
