About the role
- The Senior Commercial Executive will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities in the Payroll BPO market.
- The primary focus is active account prospecting and building relationships with HR decision-makers.
Requirements
- Solid Experience: Proven track record in the commercial area of BPO companies, HR software (SaaS) vendors or HR consultancies.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of labor legislation, eSocial and payroll processing dynamics.
- Hunter Profile: Results-oriented, resilient, highly self-managed and passionate about opening new business opportunities.
- Network: Having an existing active professional network will be considered an important differentiator.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Marketing or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver high-impact presentations to executives.
- Analytical thinking to interpret financial and operational metrics.
