About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage processes related to insured benefits (health, dental, life insurance, and related products), ensuring organization, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Conduct claims and loss-ratio analyses, identifying risks and improvement opportunities and proposing strategic actions to optimize costs and outcomes.
  • Lead negotiations with carriers, insurers, and partners, applying consultative sales techniques tailored to client needs.
  • Use area-specific tools and systems for operational control, data analysis, and monitoring of key performance indicators.
  • Maintain clear, structured, and professional communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Contribute to process improvements, innovation, and continuous adaptation to business and market changes.
  • Work collaboratively to strengthen team cohesion and alignment with BWG's values and culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience managing insured benefits, especially health plans, dental plans, and life insurance.
  • Demonstrated experience in claims/loss-ratio analysis, cost management, KPIs, and benefits reporting.
  • Experience negotiating with carriers, insurers, and vendors using a consultative approach.
  • Knowledge of benefits operational processes, contracts, eligibility rules, and compliance requirements.
  • Data-analysis skills to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, sense of priorities, and responsibility in managing multiple demands.
  • Ethical, collaborative attitude with a customer-service excellence mindset.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model as required by the role.
