About the role
- Overall entrepreneurial responsibility for the BWF Protec business unit at the Hof site
- Leadership of production, sales and product development, including clearly defined interface functions
- Responsibility for operational excellence with focus on quality, efficiency and delivery reliability
- Initiation, management and implementation of a clear change and transformation process
- Further development of organization, structures and processes in support of a sustainable growth strategy
- Close, trusted collaboration with the managing partners – short decision-making paths, clear decisions
- Overall responsibility for results, budget and performance
- Exploitation of market and growth potential with the aim of deliberately expanding profitable growth
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in technical textiles and innovative materials
- Several years of experience in a comparable leadership role with result accountability
- High personal energy, presence at the site and a hands-on mentality
- Solid expertise in production processes, lean methods and continuous improvement
- Entrepreneurial mindset, decisiveness and consistent implementation of decisions
- Experience in change projects
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as intercultural competence
- Confident, positive and motivating presence with strong people management skills
