About the role
- Full P&L responsibility for the company: 75 employees, over EUR 20 million in sales
- Business planning, forecasting and reporting to the German headquarters
- Ensure efficient operations to meet all customer requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, authorities, service providers and other stakeholders
- Lead, coach and develop the on-site management team
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of five years' leadership experience in an international manufacturing environment preferred
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Analytical skills with a strong understanding of KPIs
- Hands-on mentality
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English is required
