About the role
- Perform ongoing asset management and surveillance activities to monitor ownership and management performance and the physical integrity of the property(s) selected as collateral for the loan(s) including: Review and analysis of property operating statements; Review of property inspections; Monitor payment of Real Estate Taxes and Insurance; ensure prompt payment of said items are being escrowed by BWE; Monitor Borrower’s compliance with the Loan Documents; and, Advise Senior Management of any perceived risks and/or issues within the assigned portfolio; thereby mitigating risks of default.
- Act as the main point of contact and manage company relationships with all internal and external clients within an assigned portfolio.
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders by responding promptly and accurately to questions and information requests.
- Promote and participate in an established team atmosphere.
Requirements
- Undergraduate business degree or equivalent in experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate asset/portfolio management preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, coordinate, and communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service.
- Good analytical, oral, and written communication and presentation skills.
