• Lead design, development, and deployment of complex, enterprise-grade solutions that span SaaS platforms, custom applications, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one core SaaS ecosystem while maintaining full-stack engineering fluency across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Architect scalable and secure integrations across cloud and on-prem systems, ensuring reliability, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve solution quality.
• Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and Business Partners to translate strategic priorities into technical roadmaps and actionable solutions.
• Mentor and coach Solutions Engineers and citizen developers, establishing coding standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices for enterprise development.
• Lead code reviews, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and auditable solutions.
• Identify high-impact opportunities for automation and AI integration, balancing quick wins with long-term architectural value.
• Collaborate to ensure seamless integration of custom-built systems with agentic workflows and monitoring frameworks.
• Document solution architectures, technical standards, and reusable assets to strengthen organizational knowledge and reusability.
