About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the team’s sales target of winning active and growing balances

- Driving the growth of new Business Rewards Accounts
- Conducting regular activity reviews with the team
- Improving the effectiveness of our sales pipeline, conversion rates and account opening timescales
- Ensuring the delivery of an excellent onboarding experience
- Speaking at events, roundtables and webinars
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in successful B2B sales management
- Led and managed a sales team previously
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong CRM and portfolio management experience
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experience
- Keen problem solver, with a passion for detail and data
