Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the team’s sales target of winning active and growing balances
  • Working in close collaboration with the Broker Development Managers
  • Driving the growth of new Business Rewards Accounts
  • Conducting regular activity reviews with the team
  • Improving the effectiveness of our sales pipeline, conversion rates and account opening timescales
  • Ensuring the delivery of an excellent onboarding experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in successful B2B sales management
  • Led and managed a sales team previously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong CRM and portfolio management experience
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experience
  • Keen problem solver, with a passion for detail and data
