About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are the general manager of bVital's supplement program.
  • You own the revenue, the team, the customer experience, and the strategy.

  • Set clear sales targets, track performance weekly, and run a regular cadence of performance reviews that drive improvement.

  • Own the supplement customer experience end-to-end: from first conversation through reorder, patient questions, and support escalations.
  • Coach the customer service team on supplement-related interactions: accuracy, tone, product knowledge, and follow-through.
  • Own supplement program revenue as a business line: set targets, track performance, and drive month-over-month growth.
