About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design, development, and maintenance of mobile solutions integrated with SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Enable mobile access to billing, invoicing, and subscription management processes through SAP Fiori/UI5 and other mobile technologies.
- Collaborate with SMEs, architects, and developers to ensure compliance, security, and optimal user experience for mobile applications.
- Assist in configuring and deploying SAP Fiori/UI5 applications for mobile platforms.
- Ensure responsive design and accessibility compliance across devices.
- Support integration of mobile apps with SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI) and SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with backend teams to ensure secure and seamless data flow.
- Implement secure handling of sensitive data and enforce PCI DSS and SOC compliance.
- Monitor encryption, tokenization, and role-based access for mobile solutions.
- Participate in functional and integration testing for mobile applications.
- Document configurations, user stories, and workflows in Microsoft ADO or JIRA.
- Provide assistance to end users on mobile application functionality.
- Collaborate with trainers to develop user guides and training materials.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile application support or development, including SAP environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 and integration with SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards (PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2).
- Experience with mobile frameworks and SAP BTP for API management.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting mobile app issues and performance optimization.
- Preferred Skills: SAP BRIM certifications or Fiori/UI5 certifications highly desirable.
- Experience with hybrid Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA for documentation and workflow.
- Experience with ServiceNow for post go-live support.
