About the role

  • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and related SAP S/4HANA modules.
  • Gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure accurate documentation for high-volume, consumption-based billing and revenue management.
  • Support workshops, testing, and training activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP BRIM solutions.
  • Conduct workshops with business units to capture functional requirements for SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI, CC).
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Validate requirements against SAP best practices and identify gaps or customization needs.
  • Document end-to-end business processes for subscription management, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Develop and review SIT and UAT test scripts; support execution and defect resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience in SAP environments.
  • 2+ full-cycle SAP BRIM or S/4HANA implementations.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based and usage-based billing models.
  • Strong understanding of SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI) and integration points.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools and backlog management platforms (ADO/JIRA).
